Alaya Foundations COURSE

£90 for a 6 week course | 60 Minute group sessions

A six-week introductory programme designed to help you begin , or rebuild, a yoga practice with confidence and understanding.

Across the six weeks, we move slowly and with care, gradually building the practice with quiet confidence.

Each session introduces the fundamental shapes of yoga alongside the principles that support them:

breath | posture | balance | awareness

Throughout the course, simple anatomical cues are woven into the practice to help you better understand how your body moves and feels, while gentle references to yoga philosophy and Sanskrit honor the roots of the tradition in an accessible and considered way.

Classes are small and supportive, with space for guidance, questions and individual adaptation throughout.
