Regular grounded yoga sessions in small-group classes, focused on building strength and stability from the foundations up. Each class moves at a considered pace, creating space for awareness, guidance, and steady progression without pressure to perform.

Classes are 60 minutes long and limited to just 8 students, allowing for personal attention, individual guidance, and a more supportive learning experience. We teach across multiple locations in Hertfordshire, making it easy to find a class that works for you.

Suitable for beginners and those returning to practice.
