Private classes offer a quiet, personalised space to explore movement, breath and wellbeing at your own pace.

Each session is tailored to your body, your needs and your goals — whether you are new to yoga, recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply looking for a more individual approach to practice.

Working one-to-one allows us to move with greater attention and detail. Sessions may include somatic movement, gentle strengthening, mobility work and guided relaxation, all woven together through the principles of the Alaya Method.

Private sessions can also form part of a longer-term wellness plan, supporting you in building a sustainable practice that fits your life.

Two-to-one 60 minute yoga session in the comfort of your own home.

Perfect for couples, friends, or family at a similar level looking for a tailored practice - whether that’s increasing flexibility, building strength, or developing a mindful routine that supports long-term wellness.

All you need is a quiet space big enough for 3 yoga mats and room to move freely.
